Is Restaurant Cervus and Zeller’s Quartier open at Christmas?

No, both establishments are closed from December 24 to December 26.
These days belong to our wonderful employees and their families.

Table reservation

Would you like to reserve a table at Cervus? Right this way.

Opening times

Cervus:
Mon. to Thur.: 5 p.m. to midnight (kitchen from 5.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m.)
Fri. and Sat.: 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. (kitchen from 5.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m.)
Different opening hours available upon request.

Sauna vitality area:
Daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Sundays and public holidays upon request)

Is there a barrier-free (accessible) entrance?

Both Zeller's Quartier and Restaurant Cervus have barrier-free access.

As part of the “Wheelchair Accessible Gastronomy” project, Restaurant Cervus was visited by a member of the “Barrier-Free District” audit group and tested for its suitability for wheelchair users.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Zeller’s Quartier and Cervus.

Electric charging stations

You’re welcome to use the four public electric charging stations on our grounds, which are compatible with all commonly used charging cards and credit cards.

Bicycles

The region is ideal for long bike rides. You can park your bicycle securely and free of charge here. We also have charging facilities for e-bikes.

Until what time is the reception at Zeller’s Quartier staffed?

Our reception is staffed daily until 11:00 p.m.

If you are arriving after 10:30 p.m., we kindly ask you to contact us by phone.
We are also happy to prepare a key box for self-check-in outside of our reception opening hours.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out?

You are welcome to store your suitcase in one of our lockable lockers after check-out.

Is there a separate room for events at Restaurant Cervus?

Yes, we have the Südtiroler Weinstube for up to 38 people, the Hopfen room for up to 70 people, and the Malz room for up to 50 people.

Alternatively, we also offer our chef’s table for up to 8 people.

Is there a co-working area at Zeller’s Quartier?

You are very welcome to continue your work in our lobby at the designated tables. Power outlets are also available on site.

Are there parking facilities at Restaurant Cervus and Zeller’s Quartier?

Yes, there are more than 60 free parking spaces available for our guests.
